LM Injury Documentation

As you all know, documentation of all incidents (Vehicle crashes or Injuries) is critical in any operation. In our company, we use two main systems/platforms (Load-Master and Intelex) to document these types of events. However, recently we identified that if entered under one of the screens as an event, a report number is not generated.

YTD 4 some of these incidents have been entered as Driver Events (1 Orlando and 3 Brooksville) in Load-Master and these will need to be re-entered via the Motor Vehicle Accidents screen in order for the system to issue a report #.

This auto-generated report number is very important since it is the method later utilized to either file a claim with GB or Zerich based on the need. Thank you all in advance for your support with this process.
